Processing & Delivery

Order Processing: All orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
Transit Time: Delivery takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. This applies to all 50 states, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (though remote locations may require a few extra days).

End-to-End Tracking for Peace of Mind

Every SonicDent order comes with a detailed tracking link. From the moment your toothbrush leaves our warehouse in Fort Worth, TX, you can follow its journey through major carrier networks (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) until it arrives at your door. No guesswork—just clear, transparent updates.

Shipping Area & Address Notes

We ship to all addresses within the United States and its territories.
For PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, we use USPS Priority Mail—delivery times may extend slightly.
Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico typically takes the 5–10 business day window, but weather or remote logistics can add a day or two. We'll keep you posted via tracking.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, simply email us at [email protected]. We take full responsibility for resolving any shipping issue — from filing claims to sending a replacement or refund. You're never left in the dark.

Return & Refund Policy

Your smile is our priority, and we want you to love your SonicDent electric toothbrush. If it's not the perfect fit, returning it is simple—and we cover the shipping back.

35-Day Return Window

You have 35 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. That gives you plenty of time to test your brush and decide if it’s right for you. All countries are eligible under this same generous policy.

Free Return Shipping (You Don’t Pay a Cent)

Here's the best part: return shipping is on us. When you request a return, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Just print it, attach it to the original packaging (or any sturdy box), and drop it off at a carrier location near you. You won’t be charged for the label or the postage—period.

We cover the full cost of return delivery, including insurance for the package.
You are responsible only for ensuring the item is carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.

Condition Requirements (Simple & Fair)

To process your refund quickly, please return the SonicDent toothbrush in good, resalable condition. We ask that you:

Include all original accessories (brush heads, charging base, manuals, and packaging if possible).
Ensure the item is free of significant cosmetic damage or heavy wear.
Remove any personal information or labels from the package.

Note: If the item is returned in a heavily used or incomplete condition, we may need to deduct a small restocking fee (typically $5–$10) to cover handling. But in most cases, you’ll get your full refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.
Ship the item back using the label. You can schedule a pickup or drop it at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll send an email confirming the refund. Your money will go back to the same payment method you used at checkout. The exact timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider, but it typically posts within a few business days after we process the refund (usually 3–7 business days total).
