If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit to arbitration. Each party bears its own costs, unless the arbitrator awards fees to the prevailing party. This clause survives termination of these Terms.

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, if you are a resident of a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, such protections apply to the extent they provide greater rights than Texas law.
